Dear Families,

I would like to first of all thank each of you for your continued support and encouragement over the few weeks while we were out of school and even more so in the past few days as we have returned under stressful circumstances.  Your support, encouragement and kind words are greatly appreciated by all of our staff – THANK YOU !

There are many updates, so please be sure to read the messages below so you don’t miss anything.

2. Remembrance Day Assembly will be on Friday, November 7 at 10:30am.  Parents are welcome to attend and should be at the school by 10:15 as the doors will be locked at 10:30 since our office staff also participate in this important assembly.  Unfortunately, if you arrive late, we will not be able to let you in. STUDENTS should be FORMAL UNIFORM for this important assembly even though it is a Friday.
3. Our scheduled “Cheque Writing Campaign”, that was supposed to be in October, has been postponed until the Spring.
4. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to all those parents and family members who volunteered at our Casino during October.  Your commitment is greatly appreciated!
5. Please note that photo retakes have been postponed and will now be on November 24 and 25.
6. Homework will be posted this weekend, please ensure your child has completed and submitted ALL outstanding homework assignments.  Thank you.
7. Fun Lunch is scheduled for Thursday, November 20 and is already posted on Healthy Hunger.  Orders must be placed before midnight on Nov 15.  Please remember that M/W Kindie students should not order this meal.
