Dear Parents,

Well, we made it – Spring Break is coming on Friday!

Although this is a short week, there are some important information items so please take some time to read the messages below.

1. Reminder to please book your Parent- Teacher conference. This can be done online under your CBE account, scroll down on the left side to find conferences. Please book a 15min ONLINE conference with your teacher.  You will receive an EMAIL immediately after booking with the meeting link (this is not done on your child’s Google classroom) – please check your email for the link.  Unfortunately, there is no one at the school Thursday evening to help you log in, so please be sure to check your email for time and meeting link (check your junk mail too!) 
2. There is NO Kindergarten for students on Thursday as conferences will be held all day to accommodate all families.
3. NO SCHOOL for students on Friday
4. Fun Lunch is on Thursday March 20. If you want your child to participate in this lunch, please be sure to place your order before Midnight on Saturday.   Reminder NO KINDERGARTEN should order this meal as they are not at school.  As Spring break is starting the next day – if your child is away on Thursday their meal will be donated if not picked up by noon on Thursday.
5. ALL library books and homereading books were due to the school today. If you still have any of those books at home, please be sure to send them to the school on Monday so we can complete our inventory.  Thank you
6. We will be hosting our Scholastic Book Fair this next week.  Unfortunately, since conferences have moved online, we will not be having a parent time to come, look and purchase books, but students will all have an opportunity to go shopping in the Learning Commons.  Your child should have brought home a Scholastic Book Fair Flyer.  If you would like to have your child purchase any books during this sale, please send CASH with them next week and they will have an opportunity to go shopping.  Please ensure their money is in a safe place and check your child’s Google Classroom to see which day they will be shopping.
7. Lost and Found – we have lots of items that have been left at the school.  Please take a moment to look at the photos below and if you see anything belongs to your child, please remind them to get it on Monday or Tuesday.  Any unclaimed items will be donated by Friday.
