Dear Parents,

We hope you enjoyed this very short week and your Fall break last weekend!

As it was such a short week, there are only a couple of updates for your reference :)

1) I would like to personally say a great big THANK YOU to all the volunteers who gave their time to help at the casino on Nov 13 or 14.  Your commitment and dedication to helping our school and students is remarkable and very much appreciated.  As promised, our casino coordinator will provide me with all the names of those who worked a shift at the casino and you will receive a special form for preferential seating to our Spring School Concert in April.  Thank you again for volunteering.

2) Family Movie Night – School Council is very excited to host a Family Movie night showcasing ELEMENTAL on Dec 7 at 6:30 pm.  Please check your child’s backpack for a special flyer that provides all the information and be sure to order your tickets on Healthy Hunger before Dec 2, 2023.

3) School Council is Tuesday, November 21^st at 6:30pm online.   If you are interested in participating in this meeting, please email adtaylor@cbe.ab.ca before noon on Monday November 20^th.   Parents who have previously participated in these meetings will automatically get the meeting link.  The link will be sent out Tuesday morning.

4) Fun Lunch is on Thursday November 23^rd.  Orders need to be submitted on Healthy Hunger before midnight on Saturday Nov 18.   Mon/Wed Kindergarten should NOT order this lunch.  Thank you.
