CONCERT DETAILS:

  • Concert Tickets were sent home with your children Monday or Tuesday so please be sure to check their backpack, put them in a safe place and BRING THEM WITH YOU to the concert - they are assigned seats!
  • Students will be bringing their shirts home with them on Thursday after school.  It is very important that they wear these shirts to the church along with their dark bottoms (navy or black dress pants or skirt with tights – NO DENIM).  Please ensure they also have black or navy socks on as they will not be wearing shoes!
  • If you arrive after the concert has started, you will not be allowed to find your assigned seat but rather be seated in the balcony so no one is disturbed.  Please DO NOT be late.   There is parking and entrances all around the church so please use the parking lots (north, south and west sides) instead of using the street.

- Night of the Concert:

  • All Actors with speaking parts need to be at the church at 4pm and they should have already eaten and should be wearing their costumes
  • The Ensemble and Twilight Bark soloists need to be at the church at 5:30pm
  • Grade 3 choir students need to be at the church by 6pm sharp (they are on first!!)
  • All other students need to arrive at the church between 6:00- 6:15pm, find their teachers in the foyer (there will be signs), use the washroom BEFORE going to their teacher, give shoes and coats to parents and get ready to perform.
    • Kindergarten to meet in front of the family room at center sanctuary
    • Grade 1 to meet along window wall by North entrance
    • Grade 2 to meet near gym (left sanctuary entrance)
    • Grade 3 to meet across from cafeteria by fireside room
  • Doors will open at 6:10 to find your assigned seats 
  • Concert will start at 6:30

Hello all,

You will be receiving an email tomorrow morning with many concert reminders however there were 3 pieces of information I forgot to mention...

1) If you did not purchase any tickets for this event, you will unfortunately not be able to attend.

2) As we have assigned seats and the theater is full, there is no room for carseats or strollers in the theater. Infants will need to be held on your lap if you did not buy a seat for them. 

3) We are guests in this building, please ensure you are supervising your children when you bring them and please ensure they do not touch ANY decorations, props or materials that belong to the church.  We want to be respectful to this facility so we can use it in the future.  Students should not be climbing on furniture or running through the church.
